Pamela has been involved in theatre since high school, starting out on the tech side of productions, then
began acting her senior year and continued into college. She met her husband, Jim, in a community
production of Jesus Christ Superstar at UW-Fox Valley while studying for her bachelor’s degree in
business. Her senior thesis was a nonprofit theatre business plan which the Harts used to start their first
theatre company, Act 2/Theatrix in 1992. They offered dinner and community shows, children’s theatre,
and traveling troupes but their main focus was youth programs which continue to this day.

Since Jim’s passing in 2023, Pamela works alongside her three daughters, Samantha, Britni and Courtney to
continue offering youth opportunities. She manages the business side and enjoys watching the next
generation of young people, including her grandchildren, grow through the world of acting, singing and dancing.

Sam is honored to serve as the Program Director of Jubricosa, an organization that has been a part of her, her whole life. Her journey with Jubricosa began as a student in the program and over the years, the program became much more than a place to perform—it became a community, a second home, and an important part of who she is today.

In 2023, Sam stepped into the role of Program Director following the passing of her father, Jim Hart, who previously served as the Program Director. Taking on the role has been both a tremendous honor and a deeply personal responsibility. Sam is proud to continue the work her father dedicated so much of his time and heart to, while bringing her own experiences, ideas, and vision to Jubricosa's future.

Sam believes youth theatre is about so much more than putting on a show. It gives young people a place to find their voices, build confidence, explore their creativity, develop lasting friendships, and discover what they are capable of accomplishing. She strives to create an environment where every young person feels welcomed, supported, valued, and encouraged to be themselves.

Having grown up in Jubricosa, Sam has experienced firsthand the lasting impact the program can have on a young person's life. Today, she feels incredibly fortunate to give back to the organization that gave her so much. Through her work as Program Director, Sam hopes to honor her father's legacy while continuing to build a program where the next generation can create, grow, and make memories that stay with them long after the curtain closes.
