All Things Theatre
Classes meet once per week for six weeks. Students receive
a certificate of completion at the end of each session. Limit 10 students per class.

No desire to be an actor on stage? How about being behind the scenes? You will learn the technical side of theatre including lighting, sound, creating props and set design. Upon completion, you are required to participate in a minimum of one summer production.

Britni Adams
Techies Rule!: Intro to Technical Theatre
Britni grew up in the program, putting the “Bri” in Jubricosa! She spent the first 7 years on stage but found her passion was behind the scenes. For the final 3 years she focused on all things techie. After graduating high school she continued to help her father for 5 summers where she ran the technical side of the productions. .
Britni graduated from UW- Stevens Point in 2013 with a Bachelors of Science in Drama, emphasis in Technical Theatre. She also holds a Bachelors of Business Administration degree from UW Oshkosh (2017).
She has always enjoyed all of the technical aspects of the theatre, helping out sporadically over the last few years. Britni is excited to be coming back to the program to help mold the next generation of techies!
